Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Sabertooth Consulting ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number, website, budget range, and anything else you submit through a form, call, email, or onboarding document.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and general location, via cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.
Client account data: when you engage us, we may access advertising accounts, CRMs, and analytics platforms you authorize, which can include lead records you control.
We do not intentionally collect full credit reports, Social Security numbers, or consumer financial account numbers. Please do not send that information to us.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, run and measure advertising campaigns, send service communications and, with consent, marketing messages, maintain security, keep records, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Calls, Texts, and Email Consent
By submitting a form or requesting a call, you consent to be contacted at the phone number and email you provide, including by automated means where permitted. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP, clicking unsubscribe, or emailing us. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service communications for active clients.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising attribution, which may include third-party pixels such as advertising platform conversion tags. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.
6. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers who support our operations, such as hosting, email, CRM, analytics, and advertising platforms, under contracts that limit their use of it. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information for money.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, and reporting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email us and we will verify and respond as required by applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
